- Available Dates: 6th October 2025 - 14th December 2025, with daily arrivals and departures.
- Check-in for self-arrival: 15:00 -18:00.
- Check-out for self-arrival: until 12:00.
Pricing:
- Per person: 1390,-€.
- Children under 16: 1090,-€ (when sharing a double or triple room with at least one adult).
- Price reduction of 150,- € for self-arrival (this discount is granted once per family, couple, or group).
- No single room surcharge.
Optional:
- Additional night with full board: 130,-€.

Included:
- Transfers: From/to Kuopio or Joensuu.
- Accommodation: 6 nights at Eräkeskus Guesthouse, 1 night at the Aittokoski Forest House with 1 sauna experience.
- Workshop Program: As described in the itinerary.
- Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner with 2-course menu).
- Beverages: Coffee/tea included.
- Sauna: 1 wood sauna (beach sauna), 1 electric sauna (in the lodge).
- Free use of bikes, canoes, kayaks, rowboat, skis, subject to availability
- Guides: German, English, and Finnish-speaking guides.
- End Cleaning: Included.
- Bedding and Towels: Provided.
- Overalls and winter boots will be provided as soon as there is snow. Available sizes for overalls range from XXS - XXL, and for boots from 36 - 47.
Not Included:
- Travel: Flights or train tickets.
- Drinks: Except for tea, coffee, and water.
- Clothing/gear: Weather-appropriate gear, thermos flask, headlamp. Please make sure to take a look at the Equipment list.
- Day-backpack: For hiking or overnight in the cabin.
Tips:
- Budget Tip: Train route Helsinki - Joensuu is cheaper than the domestic flight Helsinki - Kuopio/Joensuu. Train schedules are available approximately 2 months before departure at www.vr.fi.
- Pro Tip: We recommend purchasing cancellation and travel insurance.
