- Available dates: October 6, 2025 – December 14, 2025, with daily arrivals and departures.
- Check in for self arrival: 15.00 – 18.00
- Check-out: For self-arrivals, by 12:00 pm.
Prices:
- Per person: 1130,- €
- Children up to 16 years: 830,- € (with accommodation in a double or triple room with at least one adult).
- 150,-€ reduction for self-arrival (this discount is granted once per family, couple, or group).
- No single room surcharge.
Optional:
- Additional night with full board: 130,-€.
- Sled breakage insurance: 60,-€

- Transfer: From/to Kuopio or Joensuu.
- Accommodation: 4 nights at the Eräkeskus guesthouse, 1 night at the Aittokoski forest cabin with 1 sauna session.
- Workshop Program: As per the itinerary.
- Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner with a 2-course menu).
- Beverages: Coffee/Tea included.
- Sauna: 1x wood sauna (beach sauna).
- Free use of bikes, canoes, kayaks, rowboats, skis, subject to availability.

- Bedding and Towels: Provided.
- Overalls and Winter Boots: Provided when snow is available. . Available sizes for overalls range from XXS - XXL, and for boots from 36 - 47.
Not Included:
- Travel: Flight, train tickets.
- Beverages: Except tea, coffee, and water.
- Clothing/Equipment: Weather-appropriate clothing, thermos, headlamp. Please make sure to take a look at the Equipment list.
- Day backpack: For hikes or cabin stays.
Tips:
- Savings Tip: The train route Helsinki – Joensuu is significantly cheaper than the domestic flight Helsinki – Kuopio/Joensuu. Train schedules are usually available about 2 months before the travel date at www.vr.fi.
- Pro Tip: We recommend purchasing cancellation and return travel insurance.
