Our summer season 2015 was started last Thursday, when the first group of hikers arrived here. They now enjoy a week with day-hikes and warm, not yet hot, temperatures and nature that get a bit greener every day. And of course they enjoy the long days, as we already have 19 1/2 hours sunlight!
The refurbishments in the Lodge and Guesthouse were finished in time. We like it - and hope you like it too! The guestrooms got a bit more modern touch. The lobby got some small changes. The buffet in the restaurant was built all new. And we have now a good looking souvenir corner in the lodge.
Water-level in lakes and rivers goes slowly back to normal. Unfortunately our ET-Bridge is still so deep under water, that we and our guests won't be able to use it soon.
Kim from Holland joined our team a few days ago. She is doing a practical stay here for 3 months and already knows all the dogs from the new kennels. During those coming days, she will represent herself in own words on our Facebook-pages.
