At the moment we are enjoying a short guest-free period, before tomorrow, Sunday, the next group arrives and the final countdown for summer 2017, ending for us mid-September, starts.
This short break is very good for our BBQ-hut, which finally takes real forms in those last days. The lower part stands now steady on the basement; the roof-parts are assembled and wait in every available corner to be put up, when all 6 elements are done. Sadly it wont be really finished until next guest-arrivals, but we work on it to have the inauguration during the coming 2 weeks. All the inside-furniture will also take a bit of time...
But despite all those summer-works we still have to do and the preparations of autumn-training-equipment also has to be done, there is still time left for a tasty Swiss Cheese Fondue from open fire!
