Now it goes very fast! 4 days ago there was still a lot of ice on the lake, today it is all free and with the nice sun it almost invites us to jump into the lake for a first swim. But... let's wait still a little bit, until water has reached a warmer temperature. We have over 19h daylight now and no more minus degrees at night, so it won't take long!
Our "big" puppies Goa and Nella have fun now on their daily walk through the forests and they also started to explore the unknown cold wet. Our "small" puppies spend now many hours every day in the outdoor-fence where they have rough games and a lot of physical activity, until they fall asleep again. And they fall asleep wherever they are... seems like "sleeping comfort" is an unknown word for them.
The first wildlife-night brought us wolverines, but not yet bears. And the first 3-day-hike was shortened down from distance side, as there was still a lot of snow on the trails and some very wet areas, who made normal hiking-speed impossible. But our guests still had fun!
Our first big project "BBQ-Kota" is on a good way, but yet the group with arrival next week will have to use still the old place. Because of delivery delay, we cannot speed up as much as we would love to!
And what else? Having today 18 degrees and sun, summer starts to be really nice up here! Sadly Cino will experience only the end of Finnish summer, as he is called by Swiss Military service for 6 weeks repeater courses, and therefor he will leave us next week and come back only in August. Have fun...!
