Since June 1st we have officially opened again - are prepared according to the regulations - and we already had the first Finnish campers.
The question, who was the first one in the lake, was answered by Simone by jumping into the floods even before her holiday departure.
We now also know that Joensuu Airport will not be approached again until March 27, 2021 and therefore we recommend all guests until then to choose the airport in Kuopio for their journey to us. Of course, we do not charge a transfer surcharge until Joensuu Airport is approached again.
Despite temperatures of around 30 degrees Celsius we are busy and have freshly painted all the rooms with lake view in the guesthouse as well as the anteroom.
The dogs in the kennels enjoy swimming in the lake or jumping into the canoe filled with water.
In the old cannel we just distribute about 90 cubic cubes of wood chippings - a lot of strength and sweat is necessary at these temperatures, but we fight bravely and refresh ourselves in the lake - the lower row is now almost finished.

The seagulls in the eggs are hopefully hatched now, but there is still a lot to see on the lake, best suited for this are our canoes and kayaks or the SUP.
