More than enough snow...

Alhough the season comes soon to an end, we still have more than enough snow here and still we get more on many days. That's the reason, our scooter is now more often out to re-open trails, than it was 1 or 2 months ago. Some of the trails are simply not visible anymore after snowfalls and wind. As it is often a wet, sticky snow, it would be too hard for the dogs to keep then open without help. Our ski-doo is a reliable team-member and loves to do this job, as rider on it mostly Helena, Moritz or Gabriel. Seen the snow situation right now, we could probably add 2 or 3 weeks to our season.

If a road, that was not opened all winter long, gets a snow-plow now, huge walls on both sides are the result. As human one fells very small withing those walls... As sample, the road to the mökki, first time snowplowed 2 days ago.

The training of the teenagers works very good! Most of them are by now already so well-working, that it is hard to see a difference in the team between young ones and adult ones. Preparing the teams or breaks on the trails are still very exciting for some of them, but the pure joy of running and pulling is clearly visible!

Bye Julian! He was the first guide, who left us 2 days ago, to return to Switzerland. Thank you so much for your more than 4 months here, for guiding so many different groups and for always bringing good mood to our days. We hope to meet again - discussions go on!
