After a really great sunny first week of March with nice temperatures below zero, we are facing right now again a rather grey week, lots of clouds, days often a bit above zero and again and again more snowfalls.
4 groups are out on the trails this week: 1 x Exclusive, 1 x Bordertrail Special and 2 x Bears Trail. Tomorrow start the Finnish Mid-Distance Championships in the area of Ruunaa, that's why we are not driving on those trails during this week to not bother last preparations or even worse some competitors. So 2 groups were driving to the Valama-Cabin this week and experience the really simple way of overnighting. Next week we are heading to the rapids of Ruunaa again.
Those dogs who have a rest this week, enjoyed today fresh bones in the kennel! Everybody except Django loved it. Everything what is not in a bowl what can then be turned first into the snow, is in his eyes not eatable... Insider 
2 of our almost 10 months old youngsters were first time put in lines in the last days, and did a good job on 3.5 km. The Kalea-Pups, 2 weeks younger, will be next in row. With them we already made some stake-out-training and put them a harness on. So their start should be eas as well!
